Gene Neuens is the Project Development Coordinator. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD. Mr. Neuens previously served as the General Manager of Green County Coop in Afton, Oklahoma. He is past president of the Oklahoma Agriculture Coop Council, is a registered Commodity broker and has been a grain merchandiser. Mr. Neuens has worked with cooperatives in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas and Colorado.
