Mark Holder received a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Holder has served as Director of Stockmans Bank since 1986, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and President-CEO. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Creta Water Corporation since it’s inception in 1991. Mr. Holder is co-owner of Holder Brothers, Inc. a ranching operation, Holder. Mr. Holder and family reside in Altus, Oklahoma.
